Griskipper Recognizes Fisher Pretzels

Posted by Foobooz on July 25th, 2006

Fishers Soft Pretzels
Fisher’s Pretzels in Philly’s Reading Terminal Market

Behind a glass pane, an assembly line of wholesome Amish men and women, C. Everett Coop beards for the men, bonnets for the women, knead salty fresh dough, gracefully elongate it into ribbons, and then, loop it into a pretzel form. You can get your pretzels with butter or with out. I recommend with. But be advised, once you go Amish, you’ll never go back.

Available Wednesday through Saturday
