Table Talk reports The Spot at Rittenhouse in what was Paul’s Pizza (272 S. 20th St.) is about a week from opening. It’ll be a pizza-sandwich shop offering breakfast through late night.
Also noteworthy in today’s Table Talk is that Daniel Stern’s Cira Centre restaurant has a name, Rae and Johnnie’s Dog House in Wayne has opened an outpost inside the Ben & Jerry’s in Manayunk. Now there’s a reason to go to Manayunk!
In Today’s Feeding Frenzy we see there’s a new buffet a the Mann, DiBruno Bros. is expanding into meats and fish, and Conshohockens Trattoria Totaro is offering seating.
And finally, the last item in Wednesday’s Dan Gross column reports that Whiskey Dix Saloon owner, Jon Walmer is working on a new spot, 6’s Rock N’ Roll Bar, on the 1500 block of Sansom Street.
