Tonight is another in the weekly Center City Sips happiest hours. A couple weeks ago we looked at which restaurants and bars were serving better beer. And here are some of the more interesting drink and food highlights.

• Alma de Cuba – The Mojito Sauve
• Bistro St. Tropez – Tuna Tartare on wasabi crisps with mango and avocado
• Brasserie Perrier – Homemade mini pizza
• El Vez – Sangria (red or white)
• Le Castagne – Watermelon Cosmopolitan
• Le Jardin – Poma-tini (Pomegranate, vodka, white grape juice, sugared rim)
• Marathon Grill – Brie pear walnut flatbread Nachos
• Public House – Hot Italian sausage queso
• Washington Square – Green Apple Sidecar
