How about a six pack of beers of the moment? Here are six beers Foobooz would recommend right now.
- Modelo Especial at Cantina El Caballito, served rimmed with chili powder and salt.
- Sweaty Betty at the Royal Tavern. A delicious German style wheat beers with hints of clove and banana, without being overpowering. Perfect for a day when the temps tickle 90.
- Yards Saison at any of many local bars. Maybe even try it with a slice of orange.
- Tripel Karmeliet at the Black Door. With an almost champagne like feel, this sweet without being saccharine beer is always a treat.
- Bloody Ho at Eulogy. Half Hoegaarden and half Raspberry Lambic, this combination makes for a delicious treat.
- Boddington’s can for half priced on Wednesdays at the Good Dog.
